Vice President of Sub-branch

Our clients are deeply involved in financial banks in the local market of Macau, making significant contributions to the continuous promotion of economic diversification in Macau. Now looking for positions due to business expansion.

Work content:

1. Responsible for business coaching of team members, management of daily evaluation of employees, and risk control of sales process, implementation and completion of team tasks;
2. Lead the team to promote product sales, expand customer groups, and maintain customer relationships;
3. According to the tasks assigned by superiors, designate relevant implementation plans and strategies, coordinate the mobilization of internal resources, and ensure the completion of tasks;
4. Assist the sub-branch president to ensure service quality control, staff management and administrative affairs management;
5. Assist and participate in product development, service customization and cross-marketing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance, economics and other related majors is preferred;
2. Not less than 8 years of relevant working experience in the banking industry or retail marketing experience;
3. Familiar with regional policies and the formulation of targeted strategies for each bank's financial products;
4. Be meticulous and rigorous in work, able to withstand work pressure, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be full of pioneering spirit;
5. Have strong team management skills and good interpersonal relationships.
