Degree or above in Civil Engineering/ QS/ Architecture/ Building Construction Management
At least 15 years’ of experience in Civil engineer project management
Chartered Civil Engineer qualifications will be Advantage
Strong communication and coordination with client side/ government departments
Good command in English & Chinese
