Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and customer support.
  • Monitor service performance and resolve operational issues.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support service requests, system changes, and documentation.
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in technical support, operations, networking, or telecommunications.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, or service operations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
