Officer / Senior Officer -Claims Department

Responsibilities:

  • Handling, investigation, assessment and settlement of Property & Liability claims
  • Provide quality claim service to customers
  • Ensure all claims are processed effectively according to the company policies
  • Liaise with customers, vendors and third party claimant
  • Organize customer meeting presentation and preparation of related materials
  • Provide support to the team for any ad-hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder with recognized insurance professional qualification
  • At least 3 years solid P&C claim handling experience
  • Strong technical knowledge in P&C insurance product
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word and Excel
  • Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Independent with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Customer oriented, self-motivated and detail-minded
