Job Summary

Support the Senior Branch Operation & Service Manager and Relationship Manager in achieving or surpassing business targets by overseeing daily operations for Priority Banking customers, ensuring strict compliance with office policies, branch controls, and operational procedures, while assisting the Relationship Manager in delivering exceptional service and identifying sales opportunities to drive new business growth.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above
Hands-on 6 years' or above of teller experience or CSM with counter experience
Proactive, customer-oriented with pleasant disposition
Presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge in counter service operation and cashier experience is a must
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior grading.
