Bidirectional Career Path:

No mandatory direction upon onboarding. Your role (Frontend / Backend / Algorithm / Embedded / Test Development) will be determined by mutual selection based on your interests and interview performance.

Your Future Tech Battleground (Assigned after onboarding based on interests and strengths)

- Backend Core: Participate in the architecture design of high-concurrency, high-availability systems. Tech stack includes but is not limited to: Java, Go, Python, C++, Rust.

- Smart Frontend: Create ultimate user experiences and explore cross-platform solutions. Tech stack includes: React, Vue, Node.js, Mini Programs, HarmonyOS.

- Data & AI: Empower enterprise decisions with big data and algorithms. Tech stack includes: Spark, Flink, TensorFlow, Machine Learning / LLM applications.

- Hardcore Low-Level: Dive deep into embedded Linux, RTOS, or database kernels (MySQL/Redis/Kafka), pushing performance to the limit.

Basic Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or related fields from accredited universities.

- Coding Proficiency: Master at least one programming language (demonstrated through coursework projects, personal projects, internships, or open-source contributions) with solid coding style (clean, readable, maintainable).

- Learning Ability: Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure, skilled at finding solutions in uncertainty, and willing to share knowledge.

Nice-to-Haves (Optional but preferred):

- Open Source Contributor: Active GitHub/Gitee repositories, or have submitted PRs to well-known projects.

- Tech Blogger: Consistently write technical blog posts with depth and thoughtful insights.

- Competition Expert: Award winner in ACM (ICPC), Kaggle, robotics competitions, etc.

- Full-stack Potential: No self-limitation, familiar with frontend or mobile development.
