Leading_HK_Bank: Digital Data Enablement and Analytics Specialist(up to 35K,12m)

As a strategic financial partner to corporate customers, The Bank offers a comprehensive range of products and services including bilateral and syndication loans, project financing, property development financing, property investment loans, working capital financing, trade financing, cash management and treasury products.



In this role, you will:

  • As the subject matter expert on tag management, digital data and analytics across all digital projects, in collaboration with digital product and platform teams
  • Manage digital projects’ analytics requirements via requirement gather & analysis, and develop tagging & data layer specifications for IT to implement tagging in digital journeys for data collection of digital behaviour and transactions
  • Supervise test team to complete UAT on front-end digital data enablement.
  • Develop analytics dashboards for digital product teams in analysing customer behaviour & digital performance against respective project KPIs, such as traffic, funnel conversions, digital sales, etc.
  • Build & maintain knowledge hub of digital analytics for digital teams

 

Requirements

  • A relevant degree, preferably in e-Commerce, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science & Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital analytics and data enablement
  • Experienced in data layer & data structure design and development
  • Hands on experience to translate data into easy-to-understand reports with digital analytics & data visualisation tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Google Looker, etc.
  • Knowledge on tag management (e.g. Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tag Manager) is preferred
  • Understanding of Agile delivery principles and practices
  • Basic knowledge on SQL/HTML/CSS
  • Attention to details, persistent and patient with great sense of ownership
  • Be open-minded and team player with good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills 
  • Maintains a positive, solution-oriented mindset under stress
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
