The Role

We are seeking an analytical and results-driven Consultant to join our consulting team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify business challenges, design strategic solutions, and drive sustainable growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: Analyze client operations and market trends to identify areas for improvement.

• Client Engagement: Present strategic recommendations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Project Management: Execute project deliverables on time and within scope.

• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in management consulting or a related strategic role.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.

• Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills.

• Language: Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is preferred.
