Assistant Product Manager/Supplement/Health Food 38k

Responsibilities

  • Lead new product development, launch, and promotion for young consumers (healthy food/snacks/beverages).
  • Build youth-focused marketing strategies: trend research, budgeting, competitor analysis, and brand image.
  • Develop digital/video channels and acquisition campaigns (FB, YouTube, IG, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
  • Oversee video production (concept, shooting, scripts) and deliver ATL/BTL marketing assets (copy, ads, SEO/SEM, SMS, etc.).
  • Manage KOL/influencer and PR relationships; monitor campaign performance and optimize.
  • Support product portfolio management (inventory and revenue forecasting) and drive SEO/content initiatives.
  • Track youth trends locally/internationally and participate in programs to grow sales/profit.
  • Use JP/KR pop culture insights in marketing; manage key accounts and long-term partnerships.

 

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in health supplements, food, or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer/user insights.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape and quality standards in the health supplements/food industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
  • Degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, or Consumer Science.
