工作職責

- 於櫃位提供接待及查詢服務

- 為高端客戶提供優質服務,維持專業形象

- 處理簡單客訴、跟進客戶需求

- 協助日常營運、簡單文書及系統輸入

- 需要時主動向客戶介紹產品/設施 / 服務

 

職位要求

- 1 年前線客戶服務/接待經驗

- 中學畢業生

- 具良好溝通技巧,有耐性及服務態度良好

- 歡迎轉型至國際大型公司平台之候選人

 

待遇: 

- 月薪:HK$14,500 - 16,000 起(視乎經驗)+ 表現佣金

- 13 個月薪金

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide reception and inquiry services at the counter
  • Deliver high-quality service to high-end clients and maintain a professional image
  • Handle simple customer complaints and follow up on customer needs
  • Assist with daily operations, basic administrative paperwork, and system data entry
  • Proactively introduce products / facilities / services to customers when needed

Job Requirements

  • 1 year of frontline customer service / reception experience
  • Secondary school graduate
  • Good communication skills, patient, and with a strong service mindset
  • Candidates looking to transition to a large international company platform are welcome

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: from HK$14,500–16,000 (depending on experience) + performance bonus
  • 13th-month salary + medical benefits
  • 8 days off per month
