We are seeking an experienced Insurance Manager for a large-scale enterprise. In this role, you will oversee all insurance operations, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective risk management. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across various business activities.

Responsibilities:

• Review existing insurance policies to confirm adequate protection for company assets, liabilities, and operations
• Manage insurance claims efficiently, liaising with providers to streamline processes and establish optimized workflows
• Procure suitable insurance coverage for new initiatives, equipment, and personnel based on specific requirements
• Ensure full compliance with relevant insurance laws, regulations, and industry standards, while staying updated on regulatory changes
• Develop and oversee the insurance budget to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising coverage quality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and other partners to negotiate favourable terms and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation of policies, claims, and risk assessments, and prepare reports for management as required.

Requirement: 

• Degree holder of Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance or related field
• Proven track record in insurance management (experience in a project-based or high-risk environment is advantageous)
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations, best practices, and market trends
