Our client – IT Solutions Firm, is now looking for Account Manager join within their team.

Account Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop sales plans and set targets in alignment with overall company strategy and business objectives.
2. Ensure effective implementation of promotional activities and achievement of assigned KPIs.
3. Oversee regional operations, coordinate team resources, and support various business units in pre-sales and post-sales needs to ensure end-to-end sales process management.
4. Collect new customer information, establish long-term and effective cooperative partnerships with channel clients, conduct on-site visits to understand dealer dynamics, and provide product training, policy communication, and material support to clients.
5. Responsible for expanding, developing, and maintaining client relationships within the designated region to achieve personal sales targets and performance goals.
6. Assist the marketing and consulting teams in front-end information collection and continuously participate in competitor analysis within the industry.
7. Willingness to undertake moderate business travel as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 3 years of local market operation and marketing experience in Hong Kong and Macao.
3. Candidates with sales experience in Hong Kong, Macao, and Southeast Asia regions are preferred.
4. Possess certain local government (G-end) industry client resources and channel resources.
5. Translation Device / Learning Machine product market
6. Prior experience in the AI artificial intelligence, audio-video, or IT software integration industries is highly preferred.

Job Overview:
In line with the strategic focus of our international expansion efforts on the Hong Kong and Macao regions and to meet the business development needs in these markets, we plan to add a new sales representative in the Hong Kong region. This addition aims to accelerate the expansion of both B-end (business) and G-end (government) sectors.
