Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily financial operations for departments and the organization.

  • Handle full-set accounting duties, including budgetary control, processing of payments and receipts, voucher review, and journal entries preparation.

  • Prepare financial statements and reports for funded projects and programs.

  • Support annual budgeting, financial closing, and audit-related activities.

  • Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience in handling full-set accounts is highly preferred.

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and ERP systems is a plus.

  • Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced work environment

  • Good command of spoken and written English.

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Clerk
