Responsibilities

Lead compensation & benefits initiatives, payroll administration, and HR operations.
Manage annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, compensation benchmarking, and HR budgeting.
Oversee payroll, HRIS, workforce reporting, headcount analysis, and HR analytics.
Review and enhance C&B policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and compensation matters.

Requirements

Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
6+ years of C&B and HR Operations experience, with a proven track record gained within securities firms, investment banks, or capital markets platforms. Applications from non-financial services backgrounds will not be considered.
Strong experience in compensation reviews, bonus planning, salary surveys, payroll, and HR budgeting.
Knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations; PRC labour and tax knowledge is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
