Job Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date statutory records, registers and filings for Hong Kong and BVI and companies, including ROC, ROM, ROD, PSC, etc
Draft and maintain meeting minutes
Oversee office administration tasks
Maintain an efficient and organized filing system (both electronic and physical) for all records.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in similar role
Member or associate of HKICS / ICSA preferred
Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated and detailed-oriented
Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing is essential.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
