Role Overview:
You will be responsible for implementing the divisional sales strategy and achieving sales targets for industrial equipment within your designated area. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers in specified industries while maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:

    • Drive sales of industrial equipment to meet or exceed assigned targets through individual efforts.
    • Identify and approach potential customers in targeted industries.
    • Provide timely and accurate sales and market insights to the Sales Manager.
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Organize and conduct technical training sessions for customers.
    • Foster strong working relationships with customers to enhance sales efforts.
  • Cross-Department Coordination:

    • Collaborate with the aftermarket team to ensure exceptional after-sales service.
    • Maintain communication with the logistics team to ensure timely and orderly delivery of equipment.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to secure ongoing marketing support.
    • Manage accounts receivable in alignment with the company's credit policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Over 2 years of experience in machinery sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative spirit and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
