Role & Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance peripheral applications and UIs using latest Rust and C++ technologies for 24/7 operations and Low latency technology.
Collaborate in an international, agile team to research new tech, design improvements, and expand system capabilities.
Provide production support.
Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

5-8 years experience; familiar with Linux.
University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related.
Proficient in writing clean, efficient Rust code.
Strong interest in financial markets and blockchain.
Focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Excellent at solving complex problems elegantly.
Bonus: Experience in multithreading, web protocols (WebSocket/REST), high-throughput/low-latency systems, or mentoring.
