Our client is seeking a Project Engineer to strengthen their Hong Kong based R&D team as they develop new innovations that drive their global expansion.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and refine high-efficiency production workflows to eliminate waste.
• Oversee the operation, scaling, and maintenance of manufacturing machinery.
• Implement rigorous QA procedures to meet global safety standards.
• Partner with Design, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for seamless launches.
• Analyze production data metrics to identify trends and optimize output.
• Train production staff on advanced technologies and safety protocols.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and execute budget-saving measures without sacrificing quality.

Requirements: 

• Experience in production, process, or project engineering for consumer goods/Kitchen appliance products.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven problem-solving.
• Passion for innovation, premium product design, and manufacturing excellence.
• Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin. 
• 3-5 years of experience.

職位要求

• 工作經驗： 擁有 3 至 5 年或以上消費電子產品或廚房家電（Kitchen Appliances）領域的生產、工藝或項目工程經驗。
• 核心能力： 具備優秀的分析能力，擅長利用數據解決技術與生產難題。
• 語言能力： 良好的英語、廣東話及普通話溝通與書寫能力。
• 個人特質： 對創新、高端產品設計及卓越製造抱有熱忱。
