Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IPO transactions for both PRC and international issuers in Hong Kong.
  • Prepare and evaluate prospectuses, listing documents, and regulatory filings.
  • Oversee due diligence, verification processes, and execution of transactions.
  • Provide guidance on HKEX Listing Rules, the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), and Companies Ordinance compliance.
  • Assist clients with post-IPO compliance matters, including announcements, circulars, share schemes, and connected transactions.
  • Communicate with clients, sponsors, underwriters, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support partners in equity capital markets projects.
  • Mentor and supervise junior team members in senior positions.
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong (PQE 1–10+; all experience levels considered).
  • Background in Hong Kong IPO or capital market transactions.
  • Knowledge of post-IPO compliance processes.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for client communications.
