Key Responsibilities
• Lead end‑to‑end brokerage operations: account opening, funding, settlement, reconciliation, and transaction monitoring
• Set KPIs and ensure service quality, compliance, and internal controls
• Strengthen SOPs and risk controls in line with SFC, AML/CFT, and licensing requirements
• Manage escalations, exceptions, and operational risk events
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and control
• Upgrade back‑office systems and reporting tools with Product/IT
• Partner with Compliance and senior management on regulatory alignment and new product readiness
• Coordinate with Mainland/overseas teams for seamless cross‑border operations
• Support SFC inspections, audits, and business plan submissions
• Lead and develop the operations team, ensuring a proactive, accountable culture

Candidate Profile
• 8–12 years’ experience in brokerage, digital wealth, or financial operations
• Strong track record in operational management and transformation/automation projects
• Knowledge of HK, US, and A‑share settlements, cash ops, and corporate actions
• Cross‑border or shared‑service experience a plus
• Preferably licensed (Type 1/2/4/9) with solid SFC and AML knowledge
• Detail‑oriented, strong execution, project management, and stakeholder skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; Cantonese a plus
• Familiar with back‑office, reconciliation, and reporting systems
