Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end engineering and product development process for electrical and small kitchen appliances.
• Act as the primary technical interface between overseas headquarters and manufacturing partners in mainland China.
• Manage vendors and factories to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, production schedules, and porject timelines.
• Ensure all products comply with international safety and quality standards (e.g., FDA, LFGB, UL, CE, RoHS) and coordinate with third-party testing agencies (e.g., SGS, Intertek).
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and project status reports.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical structures, electronics (PCBA), and material safety, particularly regarding food-grade standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience,  within a Buying Office or Sourcing Agency environment.
• Solid technical background in the development/production of electrical and small kitchen appliances.
• Proficiency in consumer appliance safety regulations and food-grade material engineering.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing factory partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
