• 1 yr+ in app support, maintenance, or development
• Experience with Java EE on WebSphere.
• Knowledge of DB2, SQL Server, and UNIX.

Job Description:

• Work with the offshore delivery center to provide support and maintenance for the client’s application systems.
• Handle system incidents and provide end‑user support.
• Coordinate with system users and the client’s IT department to implement system changes, including bug fixes, patch deployments, configuration updates, and remediation of potential security vulnerabilities.
• Prepare documentation like test specs and migration forms.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT / CS related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in application maintenance, support, or development, with exposure to L2/L3 support workflows.
• Possess knowledge of and/or experience with Java EE in the IBM WebSphere Application Server environment.
• Experience with .NET on Windows Server platforms.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically IBM DB2 and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Basic UNIX knowledge.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to be on call 24/7 to support critical application system incidents outside standard business hours.
