8-10 years of relevant experience
Be responsible for Macau consumer business, set and execute retail development strategies to achieve company’s objective in generating profit
Able to monitor sales performance of centres to maximize revenue and productivity
Able to monitor industry competitors and consumers’ trends, and apply best practices to enhance retail design, environment and in-store customer experience
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Effective leadership through rapport building and coaching
