Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor changes in foreign exchange policies and environments in the countries and regions where the group operates, analyze foreign exchange market trends, and regularly compile reports on foreign exchange exposure and exchange gains/losses. Provide professional advice on risk prevention and control regarding currency fluctuations.
  2. Identify, monitor, and manage the group's foreign exchange risk exposure comprehensively. Develop short, medium, and long-term risk management strategies, coordinate the hedging operations of the group's foreign currency assets and liabilities, and manage exchange gains/losses from a financial reporting perspective. Stay updated on market dynamics, utilizing various tools to hedge the group's foreign exchange risks and mitigate the impacts of currency volatility.
  3. Align with the group's international layout and funding arrangements to manage foreign currency positions uniformly. Optimize currency combinations by seizing market opportunities and effectively control risks associated with currency devaluation. Proactively capture trading opportunities and use derivative instruments for foreign currency investments to preserve and increase the value of foreign currency funds.
  4. Establish and improve the foreign exchange risk management system, including institutional processes, system construction, and visual reporting. Responsible for the daily trading of the foreign exchange management team, coordinating spot and forward transactions, and supporting the foreign exchange needs of various business units.
  5. Participate in the group's international business expansion, providing foreign exchange risk management guidance to overseas regional companies. Review currency settlement clauses in business contracts and propose optimization recommendations and countermeasures.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, finance, or related fields.
  2. Over 5 years of relevant experience in foreign exchange management in large multinational companies, or experience in foreign exchange hedging/trading with financial institutions or foreign banks.
  3. Familiar with international financial markets and foreign exchange markets, possessing good market sensitivity and risk management capabilities.
  4. Strong communication skills and access to information resources, with excellent data analysis and logical thinking abilities. Proficient in foreign exchange hedging trading strategies and capable of independently generating analysis reports.
  5. Proficient in various office software and financial software; relevant certifications (such as CFA, FRM, etc.) are preferred. Experience using mathematical models (such as the Black-Scholes model) for modeling and analysis is a plus.
  6. Excellent English language skills, capable of using it as a working language.
