Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for market expansion in Hong Kong, following the new site development process and standards to identify and develop locations with business potential, achieving annual development goals while ensuring good economic benefits.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, legal, and other departments to open new stores, ensuring a smooth opening process.
Continuously track new site opportunities in the assigned area and maintain good communication with property owners.
Rigorously adhere to development standards and discipline, signing lease agreements with property owners to ensure the legality and compliance of contracts.

Job Requirements:

Familiar with the Hong Kong market and have independent insights into urban business district development.
Possess a certain level of property resources in the Hong Kong market.
Have 3 or more years of experience in site selection and expansion in the food and beverage/retail sectors, with a thorough understanding of the entire site selection process for food and beverage/retail stores.
