Our Client, a fast growing securities company is now looking for high caliber individuals to lead their wealth and asset management department.

The job:

Sales Target Management

• Formulate annual asset management sales plans, break down targets, and lead key client negotiations to drive AUM growth and revenue performance.

Channel Development & Resource Integration

• Leverage an extensive network to develop and manage partnerships with third-party wealth institutions, family offices, private banks, and securities channels across Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Product & Strategy Management

• Design competitive asset management products (equity, structured, cross-border) and adapt investment strategies in line with Hong Kong/U.S. market movements and regulatory changes.

Team Building & Compliance/Risk Control

• Recruit, train, and motivate sales and investment teams while collaborating with compliance to ensure full adherence to Hong Kong and Mainland regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Economics/Accounting or related fields. Master's/MBA a plus; however, not mandatory.
• Experience: 8+ years in asset management, wealth management, or securities, with 3+ years in a team leadership role and a proven track record of driving sales results.
• Industry Background: Prior experience as fund/AM is preferred; familiar with HK/US trading rules and cross-border product structures.
• Deep understanding of cross-border policies, products, and investor preferences.
• Fluent Mandarin and English (business negotiation level); Cantonese fluency is preferred.
