Job Description
Market development to US, Europe & Asia. Identify, explore, and expand new business opportunities of sales growth.
Develop new business, expand and build feeder network and effective relationships to improve opportunities for cross-referrals and local/ regional development.
Manage sales cycle including marketing development, research, promote, and maintain relationship. Evaluate the market trend and performance.
Responsible for the business revenue and increase market share in Global. Promotion to enhance brand awareness and recognition.
Handle customers' enquiries, provide product information; turn enquiries to successful deals.
Lead and supervise the marketing team to attain business performance.
Prepare sales reports, analysis and sales forecast. Monitor sales performance against budget/ target/ competitors.
Attend and organize trade fairs/ exhibition, marketing activities and other promotional events oversea / local, business travel is required.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics and/or Marketing or related discipline.
With over 10 years relevant experience with networking in key account and sales management, solid experience in Garment – Trim & Zippers industry is preferred.
Solid experience in building up strategic relationship with business partners, especially international business. With strong connection with overseas buyers and suppliers.
Sensible to figures and sales performance analytical skills, well versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing, proficiency in Excel Function (i.e. v-lookup, pivot table) is preferable.
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Excellent leadership, good presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Motivated, outgoing, sales driven and result-oriented, frequent traveler.
