Providing all-rounded operation support for senior management including but not limited to schedule and coordinate calendar and appointments, presentation materials and performing any other assigned duties.
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Provide high-quality administrative support to the management team and staff. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Higher diploma or above, preferably in business Administration or any related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years in secretarial support, business administration or business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Proficient in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other relevant tools.
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
