Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the company including customer services and other functional departments
Make sure the workflow of CS is efficiency and feasible to departments and related teams
Reporting to senior managements in HK
Requirements:
Degree holder in customer relationship/ public relationship related disciplines
Solid CS management experience is an advantage
Fluent spoken and written in English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills with external & internal parties, and problem-solving skills
Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, pleasant and a good team player
Ability to perform multi-tasks
