Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company including customer services and other functional departments
- Make sure the workflow of CS is efficiency and feasible to departments and related teams
- Reporting to senior managements in HK
Requirements:
- Degree holder in customer relationship/ public relationship related disciplines
- Solid CS management experience is an advantage
- Fluent spoken and written in English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with external & internal parties, and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, pleasant and a good team player
- Ability to perform multi-tasks
