Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company including customer services and other functional departments
  • Make sure the workflow of CS is efficiency and feasible to departments and related teams
  • Reporting to senior managements in HK

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in customer relationship/ public relationship related disciplines
  • Solid CS management experience is an advantage
  • Fluent spoken and written in English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with external & internal parties, and problem-solving skills
  • Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, pleasant and a good team player
  • Ability to perform multi-tasks
