Minimum of 4 years’ experience in finance/bank or related fields
Responsibilities:
To supervise daily operations of CS team
To liaise closely with related internal parties
To handle enquiry relating to banking facilities and services for corporate clients and prospective customers
Requirements:
University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business-related disciplines
At least 4 years working experience in customer servicing related area
Be able to work under pressure and independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Chinese, in both spoken and written, knowledge in Mandarin preferred
Working experience in secretarial support is an advantage
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior CS Officer.
