Job Highlights

  • To lead and supervise the Customer Service team
  • Higher Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in finance/bank or related fields

Responsibilities:

  • To supervise daily operations of CS team
  • To liaise closely with related internal parties
  • To handle enquiry relating to banking facilities and services for corporate clients and prospective customers

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business-related disciplines
  • At least 4 years working experience in customer servicing related area
  • Be able to work under pressure and independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, in both spoken and written, knowledge in Mandarin preferred
  • Working experience in secretarial support is an advantage

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior CS Officer.
