My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Sr. Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
Direct report to Head of HR, managing the full spectrum of HR functions of the organization.
Ensure HR operations and policies adhere with the legal requirements.
Lead the team to review organization's HR policies. Propose and implement enhancement with ensuring the policies meet the organization's objectives.
Closely collaborate with internal departments and external parties, such as government, vendors, etc. Ensure proper and effective communication channels and procedures are in place.
Other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
15 years solid experience, including 5 years in managerial level.
Candidates with NGOs or QUANGOS background is highly preferred.
Familiar with government funding policies.
Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
Well organized and self-initiated.
Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
