My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Sr. Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct report to Head of HR, managing the full spectrum of HR functions of the organization.
  • Ensure HR operations and policies adhere with the legal requirements.
  • Lead the team to review organization's HR policies. Propose and implement enhancement with ensuring the policies meet the organization's objectives.
  • Closely collaborate with internal departments and external parties, such as government, vendors, etc. Ensure proper and effective communication channels and procedures are in place.
  • Other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines. 
  • 15 years solid experience, including 5 years in managerial level. 
  • Candidates with NGOs or QUANGOS background is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with government funding policies.
  • Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized and self-initiated.
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
