主要職責 Main Responsibilities:

1. 負責門店日常營運及銷售工作，包括接待顧客、講解產品、處理收銀及交易，並提供專業、貼心的服務。
   Responsible for daily store operations and sales, including greeting customers, explaining products, handling cashier and transactions, and delivering professional and attentive service.

2. 熟悉並掌握產品知識及市場資訊，能根據不同顧客的需要，提供合適及具針對性的產品建議。
   Be well-versed in product knowledge and market information, and provide appropriate, tailored product recommendations according to customers’ needs.

3. 參與店內商品陳列與庫存管理工作，確保環境整潔、貨品擺放得宜、補貨及存量充足。
   Take part in in-store merchandising and inventory control, ensuring a tidy environment, proper product display, and sufficient stock.

4. 與同事緊密合作，共同實現銷售目標，並參與各類推廣活動，提高門店及品牌的曝光度與知名度。
   Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and participate in various promotional campaigns to increase store and brand exposure and awareness.

5. 處理顧客查詢、投訴及退換貨事宜，及時跟進並提供解決方案，以維持及提升顧客滿意度。
   Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and return/exchange cases, providing timely solutions to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.

基本要求 Basic Requirements:

• 具良好粵語、英語及普通話聽說能力，能與不同背景的顧客順暢溝通。
  Good spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate smoothly with customers from different backgrounds.

• 具備出色的溝通表達能力及強烈的客戶服務意識，樂於主動了解及滿足顧客需要。
  Strong communication skills and a strong sense of customer service, with a proactive attitude toward understanding and meeting customer needs.

• 能獨立處理日常工作，同時樂於與團隊合作，支持及配合同事，一同完成目標。
  Able to work independently while being a cooperative team member who supports colleagues in achieving shared goals.
