Requirements:

• Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or premium restaurant environments

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity would be beneficial

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service excellence

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive mindset with a passion for hospitality

• Fluent in English and Chinese; Japanese language skills would be an advantage

• Experience gained from Michelin-starred or award-winning dining establishments would be highly regarded
