Recreation Assistant | 17K | 2 to 3 months bonus

- Around 10 hours per shift (incl. break)
Responsibilities
- Ensure all facilities are properly maintained and kept in good condition at all times.
- Conduct regular checks on facility conditions and report any issues that may affect operations.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of programmes and activities within the premises.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Respond to customer enquiries and handle complaints effectively and courteously.
- For operational roles related to raceday and tracks: prepare jockey equipment and maintain cleanliness of designated preparation areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in leisure, recreation, or similar fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to engaging with customers and colleagues.
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
