Relationship Manager (Fixed Income & FX Sales, Private Bank Distribution)

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, private banks, family offices, and high‑net‑worth individuals; drive asset inflows (AUM growth) through on‑site visits and ongoing follow‑ups; manage a trackable sales pipeline.
- Clearly and compliantly explain product structures, income sources, risks, liquidity, and fees; coordinate the production of marketing materials, DDQ responses, term documents, and roadshow arrangements.
- Support roadshows, investor meetings, and virtual events in Hong Kong and Singapore; simultaneously track FX and interest rate markets to develop actionable talking points and information for investor communications.
- Collect client feedback to assist in optimising product positioning and target client segment strategies.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business;
- 3–5 years of experience in asset management distribution, fixed income, FX, structured products, or private banking sales.
- Familiarity with fixed income, FX instruments, and yield‑enhancement strategies.
- Candidates with CFA, CAIA, or SFC Type 1, 4, 9 licences (or equivalent) are preferred.
- Proven ability to independently develop clients and drive capital allocation execution.
- Candidates with an existing network of institutional or high‑net‑worth clients in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Australia are preferred.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
