Our client, a top tier ODM company is looking for a Senior Electronics & Electrical Manager (~90k, GBA Based) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware development: schematics, PCB layout, component selection, prototyping, debugging, and validation.
• Be the go-to technical expert for clients—run meetings, clarify needs, explain decisions, and keep projects aligned.
• Create and execute full test plans (functional, safety, EMC, reliability); build test fixtures and automate where it helps.
• Solve real-world problems fast—in design, manufacturing, or supply chain—before they delay production.
• Partner daily with mechanical, firmware, and factory teams in Shenzhen to ensure smooth, scalable production.
• Guarantee all designs meet global standards (CE, FCC, UL, RoHS, etc.).
• Drive factory handover, support pilot runs, and fix production issues on the ground—hands-on.
• Share insights to improve team processes and product quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience shipping consumer electronics into high-volume manufacturing.
• Expert in:
  • Analog/digital circuits, power systems, PCB design
  • Microcontrollers, sensors, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth modules
  • EMC/EMI control and compliance (CE, FCC, UL)
   
• Experience with smart home devices, kitchen appliances, tablets, NAS, or smart toys is a big plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Self-driven, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Clear communicator who builds trust—with engineers, clients, and factory partners.This role is based in Shenzhen. On-site presence is required.
