Position: Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Participate in residential development projects in Yau Tong, Tuen Mun, and Kai Tak.
Assist the Department Head in daily project management duties and coordination works.
Manage consultant teams and contractors to execute contract requirements and ensure timely delivery with good quality.
Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth project execution.
Work closely with the site supervision team on quality management and site progress.
Review architectural, landscape, interior design, and project-related technical matters.
Attend project meetings, site meetings, and internal coordination meetings.
Carry out feasibility studies for potential development projects.
Support cost, measurement, surveying, and project assessment matters where required.
Handle ad hoc assignments as requested.
Requirements
Degree holder in Architecture, Surveying, Building Studies, Real Estate, Project Management, or related disciplines.
Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline will be an advantage.
Registered Architect in Hong Kong, HKIS, RICS, or relevant professional qualification is highly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of local real estate project experience.
Candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience may be considered for junior Assistant Project Manager level.
Candidates with 5-10 years of relevant experience may be considered for a more senior level.
Experience in developer-side or client-side residential projects will be an advantage.
Practical experience in surveying, measurement, feasibility studies, or maintenance term contracts will be an advantage.
Capable of carrying out feasibility studies for Hong Kong property development projects.
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Independent, detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, BIM, and other relevant software.
