職位要求

- 1 年前線客戶服務／接待經驗

- 中學畢業生

- 具良好溝通技巧，有耐性及服務態度良好

- 歡迎轉型至國際大型公司平台之候選人

待遇:

- 月薪：HK$14,500 - 16,000 起（視乎經驗）+ 表現佣金

- 13 個月薪金

Job Responsibilities

Provide reception and inquiry services at the counter
Deliver high-quality service to high-end clients and maintain a professional image
Handle simple customer complaints and follow up on customer needs
Assist with daily operations, basic administrative paperwork, and system data entry
Proactively introduce products / facilities / services to customers when needed

Job Requirements

1 year of frontline customer service / reception experience
Secondary school graduate
Good communication skills, patient, and with a strong service mindset
Candidates looking to transition to a large international company platform are welcome

Monthly salary: from HK$14,500–16,000 (depending on experience) + performance bonus
13th-month salary + medical benefits
8 days off per month
10am–7pm
