工作職責
- 於櫃位提供接待及查詢服務
- 為高端客戶提供優質服務,維持專業形象
- 處理簡單客訴、跟進客戶需求
- 協助日常營運、簡單文書及系統輸入
- 需要時主動向客戶介紹產品/設施 / 服務
職位要求
- 1 年前線客戶服務/接待經驗
- 中學畢業生
- 具良好溝通技巧,有耐性及服務態度良好

待遇:
- 月薪:HK$14,500 - 16,000 起(視乎經驗)+ 表現佣金
- 13 個月薪金

Job Responsibilities
- Provide reception and inquiry services at the counter
- Deliver high-quality service to high-end clients and maintain a professional image
- Handle simple customer complaints and follow up on customer needs
- Assist with daily operations, basic administrative paperwork, and system data entry
- Proactively introduce products / facilities / services to customers when needed
Job Requirements
- 1 year of frontline customer service / reception experience
- Secondary school graduate
- Good communication skills, patient, and with a strong service mindset
- Candidates looking to transition to a large international company platform are welcome
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: from HK$14,500–16,000 (depending on experience) + performance bonus
- 13th-month salary + medical benefits
- 8 days off per month
- 10am–7pm
