• 5 days work per week, Mon – Sun / 8 hrs per shift duty
• Onsite technical support, system testing
• Hardware replacement, hands on technical ability

Duties:

• Carry out operational checks and functional verification of technical systems
• Identify system abnormalities through observation and testing, and take corrective actions accordingly
• Replace defective parts or modules in line with internal guidelines and safety procedures
• Perform on-site support tasks including routine servicing, inspections, and follow-up actions
• Record service activities clearly and coordinate with internal teams for technical or logistical support

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above education level; technical discipline is an advantage
• Willingness to perform hands-on technical and on-site support work
• Ability to analyze problems methodically and respond to technical issues effectively
• Capable of working independently in field environments with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
