Job Responsibility:
- Manage and grow current key clients' portfolio for logistics & International freight focus
- Develop new business includes sourcing of new business prospects
- Driving new business and market expansion, find and develop new accounts, for e.g communicating with new and existing customers, understand market needs.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with clients to achieve assigned sales gross profit target and company strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) in accordance with company financial policies, including follow-up with the trade customers and BR Associates.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Logistics or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, trade lane development, or international sales, have experience in Europe and/or LATAM markets will be advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex client requirements
- Fluent in Cantonese, English or Mandarin
