Description:

As a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant within our division, you will:

Responsibilities:

• Develop good understanding of our clients and maintain good relationship with them
• Work closely within team to provide candidates the highest level of service
• Identify and approach suitable candidates using applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, warm/ cold calls
• Manage and conduct interview to evaluate candidates
• Negotiate Terms of Business and offer release
• Make sure procedures comply with labor ordinance

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder or above in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or other related discipline
• Related experience is preferable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written English, and Cantonese, Mandarin is an asset
• Any previous exposure to the IT sector would be advantageous but not essential
