Our client – World's leading online travel platforms, is now looking for Currency Exchange Sales Consultant join within their team.

In this Role, you’ll get to

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Follow sales processes, adhere to promotions, and identify suspicious transactions
• Manage till operations, including foreign currency cash, strictly follow cash limits and forex regulations, achieve KPIs, and investigate cash discrepancies
• Comply with all company, legal, and airport authority policies (Audit, Risk, H&S, Security, Customer Service, Forex Compliance)
• Maintain store presentation standards and support team success
• Complete required training, process forex transactions accurately, and provide current exchange rates
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Retail, cash handling, currency exchange and/or banking experience
• Good knowledge of product, services and procedures, including foreign exchange operations
• Demonstrated experience working with computer systems and currency exchange platforms
• Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail, especially in multi-currency transactions
• Flexibility to work different shifts and locations as required (including but not limiting overnight shift)
• English, Mandarin and Cantonese language skills
• Knowledge of foreign exchange rates, anti-money laundering practices and relevant regulations
