Manager, Restaurant 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of management experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, or five-star hotel environments

• Solid knowledge of Japanese cuisine and fine dining service standards

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English and Chinese; Japanese language skills would be an advantage

• Experience gained from Michelin-starred or award-winning restaurants will be highly regarded
