Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineers in ITSM/ITOM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC).
  • Manage and maintain monitoring/ITSM platforms daily and strategically.
  • Communicate approaches/procedures to stakeholders.
  • Define/implement KPIs for monitoring, event management, and ITSM efficiency.
  • Report key metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Support other ITSM processes as backup.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in systems management (ServiceNow, BMC).
  • Expertise in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Ivanti) in complex environments.
  • Degree in CS/IT; ITIL certification.
  • Mission-critical systems, Agile/code experience.
  • Linux/Windows (RedHat preferred), scripting preferred.
  • Financial/regulated industry experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership, vendor management, analytical, communication skills.
  • Independent, team player, proficient in documentation.
