Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of sales and business growth strategies in the solar PV and ESS market.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients, EPCs, and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand product solutions and support customer requirements.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and clean technology sectors.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of solar or power systems is an advantage but not required.
