Duties:
-Oversee operations and maintenance of mission‑critical facilities within the Facilities Management Department
-Provide strategic direction and operational leadership across assigned facilities
-Identify and analyze critical facility issues, develop maintenance and repair strategies
-Manage operating expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets
-Lead operations teams in executing preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
-Ensure reliable service delivery and compliance with SLAs and KPIs
-Support both internal and external customers with high service quality standards

Requirements :
-Degree holder
-Relevant experience in building services system maintenance within property or facilities management, including managerial capacity
-Strong understanding of statutory regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., FSD, EMSD, building ordinances)
-Proven ability in contractor management, budget planning, and risk mitigation
