Our client,a listed company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their Legal team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on commercial and operational legal issues; identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Coordinate with regulators, external counsel and industry bodies.
• Support Group General Counsel and internal teams across different regions.
• Monitor legal/regulatory changes and assess business impact.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (Hong Kong or Commonwealth jurisdiction) with at least 4 years PQE experience.
• Familiarity with HKSAR listing rules, industrial knowledge of Logistics/supply chain preferred;
• Commercially minded, strong contract experience, excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Detail-oriented team player with strong analytical skills; willing to travel to other regions occasionally.
